District 5710 Overview
Introduction by Lindsey Slater District Governor Stephanie Meyer has more than seventeen years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors in a variety of elected, appointed, and volunteer roles. She most recently completed more than six years of service as a Shawnee City Council member, including three as Council President. Prior to that role, she served on the city’s Planning Commission. Stephanie is a fourth-generation Kansan and a native of Wichita. She attended Kansas State University, where she earned a dual bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations. She later received her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Kansas. Her professional background includes communications, governmental affairs, and business development work. |
